Side channel blower HEYLO SKV 115

The SKV 115 side channel blower is designed specifically for dehumidifying the insulation layer. The blowers create the low pressure needed to extract standing water from the insulation layer and then allow dry air to flow. The high pressure method can also be used. In the high pressure method, dry air is forced into the insulation layer by means of a side channel blower. The moist air flows out through edge joints and drilled holes. Sterilisation of the air may be necessary to maintain low pressure. The attached devices are suitable for permanent use in populated areas.

The aeration of cavities and insulation layers removes moisture and particles such as dust or fibres. When dehumidifying, mould spores increasingly settle. These pollutants enter the indoor air and spread uncontrolled throughout the building. To solve this problem, a Hepa filter is used, which effectively filters particles from the air flow. Thus, filtered air can remain in the building and waste air cannot be led outside.
